About modification and amendments in the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2013 No. 250 of November 8, 2012
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on the budget of the national social insurance for 2013 No. 250 of November 8, 2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 254262, of the Art. 840), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and addition:
1. In Article of 1 figure "10902739,3" and "10982739,"" to replace respectively with figures of "10685789,4" and "10765789,4".
2. In parts (1) and (2) Article 18 the word of "disabled people" shall be replaced with words "persons with limited opportunities".
3. In Article 20 of the word of "disability pensions" shall be replaced with words "pensions by limited opportunities".
4. State appendices 1 and 2 in the following edition:
