According to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About social protection of members of families of dead and injured of persons as a result of the events which took place in April - June, 2010", for the purpose of establishment of single procedure for provision of the parcels of land under construction of individual apartment houses, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of the parcels of land under individual housing construction" of May 6, 2005 No. 177 the following amendments:
in Regulations on the procedure for provision of the parcels of land under individual housing construction approved by the above-stated resolution:
add Item 7 with the paragraph of the following content:
"-children of persons who died as a result of the events which took place in April - June, 2010.";
Item 16 after the words "according to the procedure of priority" to add with words ", except for children of persons, the dead as a result of the events which took place in April - June, 2010 by which the parcels of land are provided in first-priority procedure".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
