About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 16, 2003 No. 36

Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 16, 2003 No. 36 "About approval of lists of productions, works, professions, positions and indicators in which employment grants pension entitlement on age on favorable terms" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 4, of Art. 102; 2010, No. 13, Art. 622) following changes:

in item 4 of the resolution of the word to "Ministry of Labour and Social Policy" shall be replaced with words to "The ministry of social policy";

in line item 22.1-1g subsection 1 of the Section XXII of the List No. 1 of productions, works, professions, positions and indicators at underground works, at works with especially harmful and especially severe conditions of work in which employment full time grants pension entitlement on age on favorable terms, approved by the specified resolution, to replace words of Ministry of Emergency Situations and Ministry of Labor respectively with words of Ministry for Protection of the Environment and Natural Resources and Minsotspolitika.
