About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of regulatory legal acts in the field of subsurface use" of December 14, 2012 No. 834

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of regulatory legal acts in the field of subsurface use" of December 14, 2012 No. 834 the following changes and amendments:

- in Regulations on the procedure and conditions of carrying out tender on mineral right approved by the above-stated resolution:

the paragraph one of the subitem 3 of Item 6 to state in the following edition:

- in Regulations on the payment procedure and calculations of payment for deduction of licenses for mineral right approved by the above-stated resolution:
