About modification of Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

The chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine offers the People's Deputy concerning whom idea of consent on criminal prosecution, detention or arrest is brought, to give no later than three days from the date of introduction of the corresponding representation written explanations which are provided to People's Deputies not later than day about day of consideration of this question at the plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine";

3) in Article 220:

in the name of the word "on criminal prosecution, detention or arrest" shall be replaced with words "on detention or arrest of the judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, the judge of court of law";
