About modification and amendments in presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
1. Make changes and additions to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2001 No. 306 "About compensation of the leading creative specialists of the theatrical and spectacular organizations" (2001, 56, 1/2721) to state the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus to No. in the following edition:
"1. Grant the right to heads of the state theatrical and spectacular organizations in contracts with the leading creative specialists from among faces of art and artistic personnel to establish it work payment terms by agreement of the parties irrespective of the payment terms of work established for employees of the state-financed organizations and other organizations receiving subsidies which workers are equated on compensation to employees of state-financed organizations (further - budget payment terms of work), allocating for these purposes of funds provided by these organizations on the salary.
The state theatrical and spectacular organizations have the right to direct to the purposes specified in the parts one of this Item, subsidies provided according to the standard rate of financial provision of these organizations within the amount which is not exceeding the size of the salary calculated according to budget payment terms of work and other means according to the legislation.
Reference of faces of art and artistic personnel to the leading creative specialists is performed by heads of the state theatrical and spectacular organizations in coordination with the Ministry of Culture.";
1.2. in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 3, 2010 No. 457 "About support of the separate organizations of culture and modification of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 1999 No. 770" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2010, No. 214, 1/11930):
