1) in Item 1 the second offer to state in the following edition: "In areas where district coefficients are established, percentage salary supplements, the amount of the lump insurance sum payment appointed insured depending on extent of loss of professional working capacity by it it is determined taking into account these coefficients and allowances.";
Item 2 to state 2) in the following edition:
"2. In case of death insured the amount of lump insurance sum payment constitutes 1 million rubles.".
This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
