3. Under Article 3:
3.1. in Article 3.1.1 "legislation" shall be replaced with words the word "The labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic or the Civil code of the Azerbaijan Republic", shall be replaced with words words of "persons with military or special rank" "the judges and jury members of court, persons with military or special rank serving in bodies, the stipulated in Article 2 Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the state protection of employees of judicial and law enforcement agencies", and also persons, the stipulated in Article 2 Laws of the Azerbaijan Republic "About compulsory national personal insurance of the military personnel";
3.2. in Article 3.2 "legislation" shall be replaced with words the word "The labor code of the Azerbaijan Republic";
4. Under Article 5:
4.1. consider Article 5.0 Article 5.1;
