1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 21, 2012 No. 619 "About creation of Public council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the following change and amendment:
to state Item 5 of the order in the following edition:
"5. To impose the organization of activities of Public council and control of execution of this order on Department of personnel work of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Abdigaliyev A. U)";
add the order with Item 5-1 of the following content:
"5-1. To chiefs of Departments of internal affairs of of Astana, Almaty, areas and on transport to make corresponding changes to the orders regulating activities of Public councils in case of DVD of areas.".
2. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
