About entering of amendment and changes into resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2006 No. 1737 and of December 11, 2007 No. 1722
In pursuance of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2013 "About modification and amendments in Civil procedural and Criminal and executive codes of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Make addition and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. the list of documents according to which collection is made in indisputable procedure based on executive texts, No. 1737 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2006 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 5, 5/24450; 2011, No. 128, 5/34754) to add with Item 22-1 of the following content:
"22-1. The document establishing debt for benefit of correctional facilities of the damage condemned to imprisonment on compensation (to compensation of harm) done to correctional facility as a result of its illegal actions, the additional costs connected with rendering medical care to it in case of intentional causing harm by it to the health and also debt of such convict for benefit of correctional facilities, managements, Departments of Internal Affairs of city, district executive committees (local administrations), connections and military units of the internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on expense recovery spent for holding actions for his search, detention and return to correctional facility in case of making by it of escape from correctional facility, unauthorized leaving of corrective colony settlement.
Calculation of the amount of subject to compensation by the convict of damage (harm compensation) on the bases established in part one of this Item is performed respectively by correctional facilities, managements, Departments of Internal Affairs of city, district executive committees (local administrations), connections and military units of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
