Article 1. Part the second article 87 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of April 17, 1992 "About provision of pensions" (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1992, No. 17, Art. 275; Vedamastsi Natsyyanalnaga to descent of Respubliki Belarus, 1998, No. 28, Art. 462; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 114, 2/1252; 2007, 170, 2/1348) to state No. in the following edition:
"The warrant for receipt of pension shall be certified notarially or according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 3 and part one of item 4 of Article 186 of the Civil code of the Republic of Belarus.".
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2004 "About notariate and notarial activities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 120, 2/1055; 2006, No. 78, 2/1212; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 19.07. 2012, 2/1963) following amendments and changes:
1. To add Item 1 of Article 48 with subitem 1.14-1 of the following content:
"1.14-1. provide the proofs necessary for business management in bodies of foreign states, and also written proofs for hearing of cases in courts of the Republic of Belarus;".
2. In Article 51:
in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of the word "stationary medical institutions or living in houses" and "medical institutions, and also chiefs of hospitals, directors or chief physicians of houses" to replace respectively with words "the organizations of health care providing medical care in stationary conditions, or living in houses nursing homes" and "the organizations of health care, providing medical care in stationary conditions and also chiefs of hospitals, heads of houses nursing homes";
