Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 5, 1992 "About conscription and military service" in edition of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003 (Vyarkho¸naga Savet's Vedamastsi of Respubliki Belarus, 1992, No. 29, Art. 501; National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 85, 2/976; 2006, No. 114, 2/1247; 2007, No. 175, 2/1372; 2008, No. 184, 2/1510; 2010, No. 15, 2/1666; No. 184, 2/1723; 2011, No. 134, 2/1870; No. 140, 2/1877; 2012, No. 2, 2/1880) following amendments and changes:

1. In Article 1:

in the paragraph the twenty fourth:

after the word "performing" to add the paragraph with the words "in the territory of one or several administrative and territorial units";

exclude the words "by the administrative-territorial principle";

after the paragraph of the twenty fourth to add Article with the paragraph of the following content:

"separate division of military commissariat (further - separate division) - the structural division of military commissariat performing part of its functions on implementation of military and mobilization and accounting and draft work in the territory of administrative and territorial unit (area) in which there is no military commissariat.
