1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2008 No. 675 "About approval of the Technical regulation "Requirements to Safety of Vehicles" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 32, the Art. 334) the following changes and amendments:
in the Technical regulation "Requirements to Safety of Vehicles" approved by the specified resolution:
the second Item 1 to add part with the paragraph of the following content:

add Item 2 with paragraphs of the following content:
"day tradable fire - fire directed forward and used for increase in visibility of the vehicle in case of movement in the afternoon;
immobilizer (immobilizator) - the device intended for prevention of use of the vehicle due to draft of its own engine (prevention of unauthorized use);
the system of fixture ISOFIX is the system of connection of the children's holding systems with vehicles equipped with two tough case fixtures, two corresponding tough fasteners on the children's holding system and adaptation limiting degree of freedom of angular movement of the children's holding system;
new vehicles - vehicles are not more senior than 3 years and not being earlier in operation in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan or other states;
