About modification of some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
1. Make changes to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:

in paragraph one of part one of subitem 7.1 of the word "according to the standard projects and projects of repeated application approved by the Ministry of Architecture" shall be replaced with words "in economic apartment houses of standard consumer qualities which list of projects (series) affirms the Ministry of Architecture";
in part one of subitem 7.1-1 of the word of "standard consumer qualities" shall be replaced with words "in economic apartment houses of standard consumer qualities which list of projects (series) affirms the Ministry of Architecture";
1.2. in Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 30, 2005 No. 405 "About some measures for construction of apartment houses (apartments) in agricultural organizations" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2005, No. 137, 1/6744; 2007, No. 223, 1/8874):
exclude the words "since January 1, 2006.";
shall be replaced with words the words "according to the standard projects and projects of repeated application approved by the Ministry of Architecture" "according to the list of projects (series) of economic apartment houses of standard consumer qualities approved by the Ministry of Architecture";
