About introduction of amendments to article 81 of the Law on Prosecutor's office No. 294-XVI of December 25, 2008

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In article 81 of the Law on Prosecutor's office No. 294-XVI of December 25, 2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 55-56, 155), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

in part (3):

in the prolog to replace the word "Five" with the word "Six";

in Item b) to replace the word "three" with the word "four";

part (to state 4) in the following edition:

"(4) Three high councilors of prosecutors from among regular lecturers in law, are open and transparent selected by the Commission of Parliament on points of law, appointments and immunity as a result of public tender, are elected by Parliament by a majority vote the elected deputies.".
