Make the following changes to the "State standard and the program of step of secondary vocational education" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of April 23, 2010 No. 76 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2010, No. 4, Article 366; 2012, No. 10, Article 1003):
1. add the second and third offers of the following content to Item 8.5:
"Depending on the term of formation of specialty at step of secondary vocational education based on senior secondary education for pupils 120-180 credits, and for pupils based on general secondary education 180-240 credits are established. Set of the established credits by students is obligatory.".
2. give subitems 8.6. 1, 8.6.4 and 8.6.5 in the following edition:
"8.6.1. Classroom hours of pupils shall not exceed 30 hours a week. The study amount in the curriculum is determined by credit units and one credit is equal to 30 hours.
8.6.4. Academic year consists of two semester (autumn and spring). In addition during summer vacation (six) weeks can be organized also summer semester lasting 6.
8.6.5. The term of academic year on full-time of education constitutes 40 weeks. Each semester consists of 20 weeks (including 5 weeks of examinations). The term of academic year in the correspondence form of education constitutes 32 weeks. Each semester consists of 16 weeks (including 1 week of examinations) and for each semester 24 credits are established.".
3. in the subitem 8.6.7 of figure "7-12" to replace with figures "8-12".
