Make the following changes to the "Charter of the Azerbaijani Open joint stock company of melioration and water economy" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 17, 2006 No. 149 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2006, No. 6, Article 576; 2008, No. 6, Articles 584, 586; 2010, No. 6, Article 566, No. 11, Article 1039):
1. in subitem 3.3.24 to exclude words", within the powers carries out state examination of projects and approves them";
2. in subitem 3.3.36 to exclude the words "within the powers" and in the specified Item of the word "will approve construction projects, carries out these projects through state examination" shall be replaced with words "draws the conclusion to construction projects".
