About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning enhancement of the budget legislation

Article 1. Make changes and additions to the following legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. 30-1) economic conclusion of the investment offer - complex assessment of information provided in the investment offer, with use of the analysis of benefits and costs, carried out based on the conclusion of industry examination and other conclusions of the examinations required according to the budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;";

"33-1) concessionary project - set of actions for implementation of the concession realized during the limited period of time and having complete nature according to the budget legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About concessions";";
