For the purpose of ensuring uniform application of the existing tax and customs legislations, and also according to provisions of Art. 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova and Item 8 of the Regulations on Customs Service approved by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 4 of 2:01. 2007, I ORDER:

1. In the appendix No. 11 Codification of Tax and Customs Privileges, provided according to the current legislation on customs procedure "42" to make the following changes:
