The parties accept in the new edition the Regulations on Intergovernmental council on timber processing complex and forestry attached to the this Protocol and which are integral part of the Agreement on cooperation in the field of timber processing complex and forestry of September 11, 1998.
The this Protocol becomes effective after 30 days from the date of receipt by depositary of the last notification on accomplishment by the Parties of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force which signed it.
