About introduction of amendments to the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2011 No. 195

1. Bring in the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2011 No. 195 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 4-t (heads) "The wages report of heads" and instructions for its filling" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 92, 7/1564; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 11.08. 2012, 7/2118; 12:06. 2013, 7/2387) following changes:
1.1. in the name, Items 1-3 of the word "4-t (heads)" shall be replaced with words "2-t (heads)";
1.2. in Item 1 of the word of "quarter frequency" shall be replaced with words "semi-annual frequency";
1.3. in the form of the state statistical reporting 4-t (heads) "The wages report of heads", approved by this resolution:
