1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Committee on land resources, geodesy and cartography under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in the resolution of Committee on land resources, geodesy and cartography under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2003 No. 1 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for certification of registrars and Regulations on the register of registrars" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 17, 8/9077; 2005, No. 154, 8/13140; 2011, No. 31, 8/23410; No. 87, 8/23957):
1.1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for certification of registrars approved by this resolution:
