state the name in the following edition:
"About approval of the Regulations on procedure for leave, obtaining, accounting, storage, acceptance, inventory count and transportation of the ethyl alcohol received from food raw materials, the ethyl rectified technical alcohol and ethyl denatured alcohol received from food or non-food raw materials";
to add preamble after the word of "control" with the word of "(supervision)";
in Item 1 of the word "accounting, storage, leave" shall be replaced with words "leaves, obtaining, accounting, storage";
