1. Bring in the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of March 26, 2013 No. 430 "About approval of the Procedure for transfer of securities on depositary servicing in Central Securities Depository", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 05, 2013 for No. 561/23093, the following changes:
To replace 1) in Item 2 of the word "CIAO " All-Ukrainian securities depository " (further-VDTsB)" respectively with the words ""Settlement Center on Servicing of Agreements in the Financial Markets" Public Joint Stock Company (Further — RTs)";
In paragraphs one and the second Item 3, item 4 in paragraph one the word "VDTsB" to replace 2) with the word "RTs";
Item 5 to state 3) in the following edition:
