1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 106, 5/9345; 2010, No. 71, 5/31466; 2011, No. 7, 5/33130; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.03. 2013, 5/36976):
1.1.1. in paragraph three of subitem 5.3 of Item 5 of the word "The state register of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol" shall be replaced with words "The state register of legal entities of the Republic of Belarus, the foreign organizations and individual entrepreneurs performing production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol";
1.1.2. to exclude Item 13 from appendix 2 to this Provision;
