1. Item 2 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 12, 2002 No. 1092 "About the list of types of earnings and (or) other income from which advance payment of maintenance on content of minor children is made" (2002, No. 94, 5/10959) after paragraph two to add the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus with the paragraph of the following content:
"from the individual entrepreneurs, private notaries, lawyers performing lawyer activities individually - from the income, liable to income tax from the physical persons reduced by expense amount, connected with implementation of such activities, which remained at their order after payment from this income of the income tax from physical persons according to the tax legislation;";
