1.1. add Item 1 with the paragraph the eleventh the following content:
"Regulations on procedure for the organization and holding auctions for sale of the objects which are in state-owned property without sale of right to contract of lease of the parcel of land necessary for servicing of alienable property.";
1.2. in subitem 2.1 of Item 2:
