About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the taxation of preferential category of persons who receive household fuel according to the Mountain law of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Paragraph one of the subitem "ґ" subitem 138.10.6 of Item 138.10 of Article 138, paragraphs of the first and sixth of subitem 165.1.20 of Item 165.1 of article 165 of the Tax Code of Ukraine (2011, No. No. 13-17, of the Art. 112) after words "coal and coal" to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with the words "or peat".

2. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
