About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Law on the entrepreneurial patent No. 93-XIV of July 15, 1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 72-73, 485), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes and additions:
1. Add article 3 with part (6-1) following contents:
"(6-1) By the form of activities, provided in line item 1.1 appendices, business activity is performed by the patentee in pavilions, booths (stalls), tents, from counters, trays up to 30 square meters.".
2. Part (2) Article 7 to recognize invalid.
3. In part (articles 18 of figure "100000" to replace 3) with figures "300000".
4. 1.1 appendices after the word of "tents" to add line item with words ", booths (stalls), pavilions".
Art. II. - In the Tax code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In part (3) Article 14 of the word and figure "in parts (1), (3)," shall be replaced with words also in figure "in parts (3),".
2. Part (1) Article 901 to recognize invalid.
Art. III. - To the government in three-months time to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
