Bring in article 12 of the Federal Law of November 22, 1995 No. 171-FZ "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products and about restriction of consumption (drinking) of alcoholic products" (in editions of the Federal Law of January 7, 1999 No. 18-FZ) (The Russian Federation Code, 1995, No. 48, Art. 4553; 1999, No. 2, Art. 245; 2001, No. 53, Art. 5022; 2005, No. 30, Art. 3113; 2006, No. 1, Art. 20; 2007, No. 1, Art. 11; 2011, No. 30, Art. 4566; 2012, No. 53, Art. 7584) following changes:
The paragraph third Item 2 after the words "it is marked by excise stamps" to add 1) with words ", except as specified, stipulated in Item 5.1 these Articles";
To add 2) with Item 5.1 of the following content:
"5.1. Imported (imported) in Russian Federation alcoholic products it is not marked in the procedure established by this Federal Law by excise stamps in the following cases:
1) in case of its import as supplies according to the features of making of customs transactions established by the customs legislation of the Customs union concerning supplies;
2) in case of its room under customs procedure of customs transit in transit foreign goods from customs authority in the place of arrival to customs authority in the place of departure;
3) in case of its room under customs procedure of duty-free trade in the presence on labels, counterlabels of alcoholic products of text in Russian "Only for sale in duty-free shop" or texts of similar content in English.".
