About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 1750
According to the paragraph the second Item 12 of the Regulations on insurance activity in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 25, 2006 No. 530 "About insurance activity" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 1750 "About approval of the Procedure for investment and placement by insurance companies of means of insurance reserves" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 5, 5/24459; 2008, No. 5, 5/26529) following changes and amendments:
1.1. in the name of the resolution the word of "Procedure" shall be replaced with words "Provisions on procedure";
1.2. in Item 1 of the word "enclosed Procedure" shall be replaced with words "the enclosed Regulations on procedure";
1.3. The procedure for investment and placement by insurance companies of means of insurance reserves approved by this resolution to be reworded as follows (is applied).
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 29.08.2014 No. 854
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
