About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 31, 2009 No. 608

According to article 42 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for the state accounting and registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of October 31, 2009, No. 608, the following changes and amendments:

 a) In Item 8:

- the first offer after words of "state registration" to add with the words "no later than the 10th day term";

- "electronic type" to add the second offer after words with the words "and the reference-reasons about need of acceptance";

- add with the new offer of the following content: "Texts of regulatory legal acts shall be prepared with use of the Times New Roman Tj font, the size 14."

b) Add Item 11 with the new offer of the following content:

"In this case the regulatory legal act is improved taking into account notes and offers and within a month repeatedly it is represented on state registration or the copy of the relevant act of recognition voided in the Ministry of Justice of its Republic of Tajikistan.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the moment of its acceptance.
