About recognition voided some orders of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and the State committee of Ukraine on water economy
According to the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the current legislation it is ORDERED:
1. Recognize invalid:
the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship, the State committee of Ukraine on water economy of April 17, 2001 No. 61/68 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on designing, construction new and reconstruction of the existing meliorative systems and separate objects of engineering infrastructure", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 28, 2001 for No. 377/5568;
the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship, the State committee of Ukraine on water economy of August 14, 2002 No. 85/196 "About approval of the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on designing, construction new and reconstruction of the existing meliorative systems and separate objects of engineering infrastructure", No. 725/7013 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 3, 2002.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of the state regulatory policy and development of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
