1. Liquidate Public institution "Directorate of the special economic zone "Park of Information Technologies" of the Ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To the ministry of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.
3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2003 No. 1382 "About creation of public institution "Directorate of the special economic zone "Park of Information Technologies" of the Ministry of the industry and trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
