About modification of the Section V "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" concerning suspension of action of prohibition on withdrawal of the parcels of land
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Make to the section V "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, No. 34, Art. 343; 2012, No. 27, Art. 274) following changes:
1) in Item 6:
replace figures "2013" with figures "2015";
after words of "conditions and restrictions" to add with the words "in the territories where according to this Law plans of zoning or detailed plans of the territories are not approved";
To add 2) with Item 6-1 of the following content:
"6-1. Determine that action of parts three and the fourth article 24 of this Law by January 1, 2015 does not extend to the territories where according to this Law plans of zoning or detailed plans of the territories" are not approved.
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
