1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on assets of investment funds.

2. Send this resolution to the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for state registration.

3. Declare invalid from the moment of registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic of the resolution of State commission under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on the security market:
