In the paragraph the second Item 2 of Rules of provision to subjects of the Russian Federation of grants in the form of interbudget transfers for the purpose of assistance to achievement and (or) encouragement of achievement of the best measure values following the results of efficiency evaluation of activities of executive bodies of the subjects of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 3, 2012 No. 1142 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of August 21, 2012 No. 1199 "About efficiency evaluation of activities of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 46, Art. 6350; 2013, No. 17, of the Art. 2173) shall be replaced with words the words "September 1" "on October 15".
