in Rules of determination of the size, appointment, recalculation, implementation and termination of housing employee benefits of the special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the above-named resolution:
1) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:
"1) housing payments - the amounts of money differentiated on regions and family composition paid in the form of special cash cover, instead of provision of the dwelling from housing stock of special state bodies to the staff of special state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan needing it (further - employees) at the expense of means of the republican budget. Housing payments consist of the current and lump sum payments;";
