The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 14, 2009 No. 514 "About approval of Regulations of the prices (rates) for services of provision of lines and communication channels, channels in the cable sewerage and the areas necessary for placement of technical means for needs of authorized state bodies, bodies of military management, homeland security and internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, No. 19, the Art. 170) the following change:
in Regulations of the prices (rates) for services of provision of lines and communication channels, channels in the cable sewerage and the areas necessary for placement of technical means for needs of the authorized state bodies, bodies of military management, homeland security and internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:
in appendix 2 to the specified Rules:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Provision in use cable place in the channel of the cable sewerage".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
