2) in the Standard agreement on rendering services in accession to network of telecommunications public of networks of telecommunications of telecom operators at the local level, at the intra-zone and long-distance levels, at the long-distance and international levels and the omission the attaching telecom operators of telephone traffic with (on) network of the attached telecom operators (local, intra-zone, long-distance, international, with (on) network of mobile network operators, operators of _r-telephony (Internet telephony), approved by the specified resolution:
