The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 30, 2009 No. 1729 "About approval of Rules of the organization and carrying out purchase of medicines, preventive (immunobiological, diagnostic, disinfecting) medicines, products of medical appointment and medical equipment, pharmaceutical services in rendering the guaranteed amount of free medical care" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, Art. No. 47-48, 444) the following changes and amendments:
in Rules of the organization and carrying out purchase of medicines, preventive (immunobiological, diagnostic, disinfecting) medicines, the products of medical appointment and medical equipment, pharmaceutical services in rendering the guaranteed amount of free medical care approved by the specified resolution:
in Item 2:
add with subitem 11-1) in the following edition:
"11-1) register of unfair participants of public procurements - the list of potential suppliers (suppliers) created by the state body performing regulation of system of public procurements according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public procurements;";
17) to state the subitem in the following edition:
"17) the organizer of purchase - the customer or person determined by the customer or the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to Item 88-4 of these rules for the organization of purchase;";
