14.1. For issue and replacement of the all-civil passports granting to citizens of the Azerbaijan Republic the departure right abroad:
14.1.1. in case of issue or replacement within ten working days, either issue or replacement within two working days in connection with urgent treatment of the citizen of the Azerbaijan Republic or persons leaving with it, or serious illness or the death of the close relative living abroad
14.1.1.1. for children aged up to one year of 10 manats
