About some questions of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize "Center of Preparation, Retraining and Advanced Training of Specialists of Bodies of Financial System" joint-stock company and Financial Academy joint-stock company by merge into Financial Academy joint-stock company (further - society) with absolute participation of the state in the authorized capital.

2. Determine:

1) authorized body concerning the society Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) main object of activity of society realization of educational activities, advanced training of specialists of bodies of financial system, and also activities for professional certification of accountants.

3. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) approval of the charter of society;

2) state registration of society in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of the first official publication.
