1. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 24, 1999 No. 844 "About some questions of pension assets of the accumulation pension funds".
2. The order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 21, 2006 No. 111 "About approval of Rules of forming of the database of investors (receivers) on compulsory pension contributions and the single list of the physical persons which signed the pension provision agreement at the expense of compulsory pension contributions and Rules of representation by the accumulation pension funds to the State center for pension payment of data on the pension provision agreements signed and terminated with investors at the expense of compulsory pension contributions with use of electronic document management" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 7, the Art. 52).

Item 4 of changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 3, 2006 No. 736 "About modification and amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 29, the Art. 311).
