About modification and amendments in the law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About international treaties of the Republic of Tajikistan"
Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 11, 1999 "About international treaties of the Republic of Tajikistan" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1999, No. 12, Art. 348; 2001, No. 7, Art. 484; 2005, No. 12, Art. 654) following changes and amendments:
1. To write the name of the Law with capital letters.
2. To write Chapters of the Law with capital letters and to designate in the Arab figures.
3. In Article 1:
- to state the name of Article in the following edition:
"Article 1. Tasks and coverage of this Law";
- in part one of the word of Republic of Tajikistan shall be replaced with words Republic of Tajikistan.
4. In the text of Article 2 of the word of "international treaty", "agreements, it", "to it" and "agreement" respectively shall be replaced with words "international treaties", "agreements, them", "to them" and "agreements".
5. In Article 3:
- to state the name of Article in the following edition:
"Article 3. Basic concepts";
- in the text of Article of the word "For the purposes of This Law the Following Terms Mean:" shall be replaced with words "In this Law the following basic concepts are used:";
- in Item 4) the word "powers" shall be replaced with words "the mandate (powers)".
6. Add the law with Article 3 (1)следующего contents:
"Article Z (1). Legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on international treaties
The legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on international treaties is based on the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and consists of this Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan, and also the international legal acts recognized by Tajikistan.".
