About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the basic principles of the budget right in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the basic principles of the budget right in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 10, the Art. 374) the following changes:
in Article 19-1:
to state the name of Article in the following edition:
"Article 19-1. Special means of budgetary institutions";
regarding 1 word "in the presence of the permissions issued" shall be replaced with words "enlisted into special accounts";
to state paragraph two of part 3 in the following edition:
"-the obligatory payments established according to the tax and customs legislation, the legislation on non-tax payments;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
Article 3. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
