About some questions of Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Create republican public institution "Military unit 5548" Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - organization) with dislocation in the city of Zhanaozen of Mangystau Region.

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to approve the charter of organization and to provide state registration in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to take other measures following from this resolution.

3. Bring the following changes and amendment in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 18.06.2015 No. 457

2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 22, 2005 No. 607 "Questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 25, the Art. 311):

in the list of the organizations which are under authority of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

Section "1. Public institutions" to add in the line, sequence number 64-2, of the following content:

"64-2. Military unit 5548.";
