Make changes to Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 29, 2000 No. 1755 "About effective period of the license for carrying out certain types of economic activity, the sizes and procedure for transfer of payment for its issue" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2000, No. 48, Art. 2093; 2001, No. 21, Art. 952; 2010, to No. 17, the Art. 776), having stated it in such edition:
"3. Determine that:
effective period of licenses for carrying out activities for release and carrying out lotteries which are granted by the Ministry of Finance in the course of renewal of registration certificates according to the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine for the purpose of introduction of the state control of implementation of lottery activities" constitutes 13 years;
subjects of managing which obtained licenses for carrying out activities for release and carrying out lotteries continue such activities based on the obtained licenses taking into account the term established by the paragraph the second this Item.".
