About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About currency control and currency exchange control"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 22, 2003 "About currency control and currency exchange control" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 85, 2/978; 2006, No. 107, 2/1235; 2009, No. 145, 2/1575) following changes and amendments:
1. In Article 3:
exclude part one;
the second to consider part part one;
add Article with part two of the following content:
"If the international treaty of the Republic of Belarus establishes other rules, than those which are provided by this Law then are applied rules of the international treaty.".
2. To add part one of Article 10 with words "if other is not established by the President of the Republic of Belarus".
3. State Article 14 in the following edition:
"Article 14. Import to the Republic of Belarus and export from the Republic of Belarus physical persons of currency values
Import to the Republic of Belarus and export from the Republic of Belarus of currency values are performed by physical persons without restrictions in case of observance of requirements of the customs legislation of the Customs union and the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on customs regulation.".
4. Exclude Article 15.
5. In Article 21:
the tenth to exclude the paragraph;
the eleventh or fifteenth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs desyatymchetyrnadtsaty;
the twelfth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"issues permissions to implementation of currency transactions in the cases established by this Law and other acts of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus;".
6. In Article 22 part two:
after paragraph one to add part with the paragraph of the following content:
