About modification of some legal acts of Turkmenistan

in paragraph one of part one of Article 2 of the word "Patent management of the Ministry of Economics and development of Turkmenistan (further - Turkmenpatent)" shall be replaced with words "Public service on intellectual property of the Ministry of Economics and development of Turkmenistan (further - Turkmenpatent)".
III. In the Law of Turkmenistan "About legal protection of algorithms, programs for electronic computers, databases and topology of integral chips", accepted on September 23, 1994 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 1994, No. 3, the Art. 20):
in part one of Article 12 of the word "Patent Authority under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan (Turkmenpatent)" shall be replaced with words "Public service on intellectual property of the Ministry of Economics and development of Turkmenistan (further - Turkmenpatent)".
